The future of work for women has changed dramatically post-pandemic. According to a 2021 McKinsey Report, since the COVID19 pandemic, one in four women are contemplating downshifting or leaving the workforce compared to one in five men (source ). Women leaders are amongst nearly 47 percent of the United States workforce yet less than 25 percent hold C-Suite leadership roles. Even more startling, there are only five black CEO's in the Fortune 500 and Latina's represent less than two percent of the C-suite.
