Michele Merrell

Michele Merrell is the Vice President, Global Marketing & Communications for CSPI, a global organization that develops and markets IT solutions, systems integration services and dense cluster computing systems. CSPI’s local subsidiary is Modcomp Systems and Solutions, of Deerfield Beach. Michele is also the President of Merrell Consulting Group, a global marketing and corporate communications consultancy. Formerly, she was a senior-level executive for Brightstar Corp, a $6.8 billion global leader in wireless distribution, manufacturing and supply chain solutions.

le’s achievements have earned her dozens of awards and recognition over her career. In 2013, Michele was named by the Diversity Journal as a “Woman Worth Watching” award recipient. She was named by the South Florida Business Journal in 2012 as one of their “Business Woman of Influence.” She was also a featured executive in the November 2010 edition of March Magazine, a women’s executive magazine. Michele has won numerous other awards for her business and leadership acumen.

Michele is a member of the international board of directors for the Global Telecom Women’s Network (GTWN), and is also the North America chapter President for GTWN, an organization that actively promotes and mentors women in the telecommunications and technology industries. She is on the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Miami-Dade. She is a member of numerous local and national professional organizations. Michele speaks professionally on topics ranging from technology, marketing, business leadership and women’s issues.
