Courtney AbrahamCourtney serves as Senior Vice President of Talent Management at Adecco Group North America. In her role, Courtney is charged with developing and executing a holistic Talent Management strategy to support nine North American business units included in the Adecco family. Her scope includes best practice implementation of onboarding, performance management, training, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, career experiences, talent analytics, diversity and inclusion and succession planning.

As a dynamic, multi-discipline executive, Courtney often partners with business and functional leadership to provide strategic design and deliver interventions for the executive teams. She is a talented speaker engaging with audiences of University students to professional associations and conferences, including the national Birkman conference, Society for Emotional Intelligence, the Human Capital Institute, The Training Magazine, International Society for Performance Improvement and the OD Network. Courtney sits on the board of the Jacksonville Women’s Leadership Forum as an advocate for education amongst women in the workplace and is an Executive Team Member for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women movement.

Courtney lives in Jacksonville, FL with her husband and daughter whom they adopted from Colombia. She is the proud bonus mom to three additional grown children and is an avid fitness enthusiast, foodie and wine aficionado.

She holds a B.A. from Bowling Green State University and an MA in Integrated Professional Studies: Organizational Development from DePaul University. She is certified in numerous assessments including Birkman Method, EQ-I 2.0, Profilor, MBTI, FIRO-B, and CPI 260, and recently completed an experiential executive leadership development program at IMD in Switzerland.
