Pauline GrantIn March 2016, the Board of Commissioners of the North Broward Hospital District, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, determined Broward Health would benefit from new leadership and named Pauline Grant as Interim President/CEO. Ms. Grant is the first female to lead this public hospital system.

Prior to this, she was the CEO of Broward Health North (BHN), the second largest hospital in Broward Health. BHN is a comprehensive, 409-bed community hospital with Adult Level II Trauma Center. Ms. Grant believes each patient and family should receive a 5-Star Experience and has implemented customer service excellence at every level of the organization.

A strong and steady leader with over 35 years of experience, Ms. Grant joined Broward Health in 1993 as the Director of Primary Care Services and in 1999 was promoted to the position of Vice President/Ambulatory Services where she was responsible for the operations of 14 primary care sites, Healthcare for the Homeless, HIV/AIDS programs and home health and hospice agencies.

Ms. Grant has received several awards over the years and is very involved in the community. She serves on the Board of several companies.
