Juliann S. Larimer is the vice president and general manager of North America sales for Lincolnshire, Ill.-based Zebra Technologies, a global leader in products and services that extend real-time visibility into organizations’ assets, people and transactions.

An accomplished B2B technology executive, Ms. Larimer is recognized for her strong leadership in managing diverse teams and driving results in a matrixed environment.

In her current role, Ms. Larimer is responsible for sales as well as vertical market and channel growth initiatives across Zebra’s direct and indirect customers and partners in North America.

Ms. Larimer came to Zebra in July 2014 during the acquisition of the Motorola Solutions Enterprise business, which closed at the end of October 2014. During this time she led Zebra’s go-to-market integration work streams for regional sales organization design, global sales team design and global channel partner programs.

Ms. Larimer most recently served as Zebra’s Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing Zebra’s brand strategy, market intelligence, solution development, global demand generation, and channel strategy and programs. Prior to leaving Motorola, she served as Motorola’s vice president of marketing for the Americas, the company’s largest revenue-generating region. In three-and-a-half years with Motorola, she led several key strategic programs, including: launching the company’s first global indirect channel program; integrating the global sales and channel operations team; redesigning the Sales Incentive Program governance model; building new systems capabilities; and leading three global go-to-market sales teams driving over $500M in annual revenue.

Prior to Motorola, Ms. Larimer held a variety of sales, marketing and business development roles at NCR, IBM, Accenture and Bridgestone Corporation. In addition, from 2002 to 2009, she was appointed to positions of increasing responsibility at Zebra, ultimately serving as vice president of sales for North America.

Ms. Larimer has received recognition in several areas. She has been lauded for her successful efforts in the role of channel transformation, having been recognized by CRN as a top channel leader for the last five years. In 2012 she was named one of the “Top 100 Diverse Executives Under 50” by Diversity MBA Magazine. In April 2015 she was one of eight executives to receive “Illinois Most Powerful & Influential Woman Award” from the National Diversity Council, and in October 2015 Ms. Larimer received a “Leadership Excellence Award” from the Illinois Diversity Council.

Ms. Larimer earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and business from Vanderbilt University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. She and her family reside in Lake Forest, Illinois.
