With a diverse background in business development and consulting, Ms. Litster has over 10 years of experience helping clients identify, develop, and retain leaders and high potentials through strategic talent management initiatives. She has worked with clients in a wide range of functional levels and industries including higher education, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, telecommunications, and insurance.

Prior to joining InsideOut Development, Ms. Litster has held roles with leadership and talent consulting firms, most recently with Korn Ferry, developing sales strategy and cultivating new business through targeted solution selling of educational and human resources consulting services with a special emphasis on talent assessment and women’s leadership development.

In previous roles, Ms. Litster was an independent consultant, formulating and developing sales strategy and sales networks, and implementing sales best practices for education technology start-ups in the higher education space. She was also responsible for the growth and development of corporate sales of executive education programs.

Ms. Litster is an active member of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC) and is on the planning committee of the North/Northwest Interest Group.

Ms. Litster holds a master’s of business administration degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in managerial and organizational behavior, strategic management, general management, marketing management, and entrepreneurship.
