Dr. Stephanie Marberry has been working as a Selection and Organizational Development Consultant for over 8 years. She specializes in developing, implementing and evaluating HR systems, tools and processes. Her objective is to directly impact profitability by conducting in-depth analyses that produce strategic workforce decisions. Some of the global companies she has worked with come from the fields of Technology, Marketing, Hospitality, Fitness, Recruitment, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, and Environmental Non-for-Profits.
Currently Dr. Marberry is employed as a Sr. Organizational Development Consultant with Advocate Healthcare where she seeks to enhance the competency of the workforce through the design of HR systems that support organizational talent management strategies. This involves identifying opportunities for process improvement efforts and implementing key changes regarding HR systems including pre-employment testing, performance management, surveys, data reporting, and training design. Dr. Marberry also serves as a Professor of Practice for the Master of Arts in I/O Psychology program at Argosy University. She has taught various Psychology courses at the graduate and undergraduate level for several universities.
Dr. Marberry received her PhD in Industrial-Organizational and Social Psychology from Northern Illinois University. Dr. Marberry is a graduate of The Landmark Forum, The Sedona Method and Guardian Quest’s Diversity Centered Leadership program. She is also certified in several assessment tools and is in the process of receiving her coaching certification through Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
