Lisa Haley Huff is Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for PNC Bank’s Treasury Management Group. This newly created position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Treasury Management. Her responsibilities include leading all Risk Management activities for the bank’s Treasury Management division.
Prior to joining the COO’s office, Lisa was the Treasury Management Sales Market Manager for Chicago, responsible for all new business development and portfolio management for PNC’s Middle Market, Commercial and Public Finance clients within the Corporate Bank. She led a team of sales professionals and analysts that consistently performed over budget. When promoted to this position at the age of 39, Lisa was the youngest Sales Market Manager for the bank’s Treasury Management division. Her P&L revenue growth was frequently one of the highest percentages in the division.
Prior to joining PNC, Lisa was the National Sales Director for ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank’s Corporate Card Group. She was responsible for all domestic and international sales and marketing which included delivering credit cards solutions in multiple currencies. Her card portfolio was $1B where she grew it in double digits consistently year over year.
Active in the Southside community of Chicago, Lisa currently sits on the President’s Council at the Museum of Science and Industry (MSI), the Board of Directors for LaRabida Children’s Hospital, and is a mentor/tutor for Big Shoulders Foundation.
Lisa was selected as Chicago United’s 2013 Business Leaders of Color and a 2016 Fellow for Leadership Greater Chicago (LGC). Lisa received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brown University and a Masters of Business Administration from Kellogg (Northwestern University).
