Case M. McGee is vice president, Human Resources and Communications, for Archer Daniels Midland Company. In that role, he leads ADM’s efforts to attract and retain world-class talent to deliver results, and oversees the company’s global communications activities, including advertising and marketing communications; employee and financial communications; and media relations. McGee also serves as Human Resources partner for the company’s Corn Processing business unit and its North America regional operations.
McGee joined ADM in 1998. He has held several positions across ADM’s businesses, including commodities merchandiser and global manager for ADM feed products. Prior to his current role, McGee served as vice president, Talent and Organizational Effectiveness. Before that, he was vice president, Investor Relations.
McGee holds both a bachelor’s degree in communication and an MBA from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois. He currently serves on the University of Illinois Employer Advisory Board and on the Lincoln College Presidential Advisory Council, and is chairman of the board of the Illinois Diversity Council.
