Dr. Jennifer Hightower Jackson

Dr. Jennifer Hightower Jackson has been the executive director of the Office for Campus Diversity at the University of Louisiana (UL) at Lafayette for 5 years. In this position, she advises the president and the university on diversity related initiatives, issues and goals.
Dr. Jackson received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Nutrition from UL Lafayette in 1994. In 2001, she became a Registered Dietitian and received a Master's of Science degree in Nutrition from Marywood University, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. In 2008, she earned her Doctorate of Education degree in Educational Leadership from University of Phoenix.
Dr. Jackson is extremely busy in the community. She is a member of numerous organizations. She and her husband Chip, who also works at UL Lafayette as director of enrollment services, are co-owners of a small consulting business called Keystone Partners, LLC. They provide consulting services in nutrition and broadcast communications.
