Jennifer AldridgeJennifer Aldridge is a Human Resources Vice President for Cox Communications. In this role, she is responsible for Human Resources activity in the Southeast region, which includes Louisiana, Florida and Georgia. She joined Cox’s talent acquisition team in 2001 and has held various Human Resources positions during her career at Cox. Jennifer has played a key role in consolidation and business transformation activities throughout her career.

Prior to joining Cox, Jennifer worked for the Louisiana Property Assistance Agency. She received a BA in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University and earned her MBA from Louisiana State University. She is active in the Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management, as well as Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT). She played an integral role in the expansion of WICT’s southeast chapter to include Louisiana in 2015. She has previously served as a panelist for the Women in Leadership Symposium hosted by the Louisiana Diversity Council and supports Council efforts by hosting events at Cox offices in Baton Rouge and New Orleans.

Jennifer currently serves on the Workforce Development Board for East Baton Rouge Parish. In this capacity, she works with other business, community, education and economic development representatives to determine planning and delivery of local workforce development services.

She resides in St. Francisville, LA with her husband Dave and their son Will.
