Dawn Dickson

Dawn W. Dickson is Founder and CEO of Flat Out of Heels, LLC, the creator of the innovative Flat Out rollable flat and Flat Out rollable shoe vending machine. She launched the company in April 2011 after identifying a need to create a product to provide women with relief after hours of wearing high heels.

Flat Out has quickly become a popular brand worn by countless celebrities and trendsetters. The rollable flats are sold online and in several retail locations internationally. The rollable shoes vending machines are currently located in club LIV in the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami, Bayside Marketplace in Miami, and on concourse E in the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

A native of Columbus, Ohio, Dawn received her B.A. from The Ohio State University. Dawn remains a constant community advocate, donating proceeds from Flat Out of Heels purchases to several causes locally and nationally.
