Welcome to the Fourth Annual Florida Women’s Conference scheduled for March 7, 2014 in Ft. Lauderdale. The conference is a statewide event focusing on professional development, community, networking, entrepreneurship and women’s health. This conference gives women a tremendous opportunity to grow, development, learn and make connections. In addition, the conference lends itself to be a statewide dialogue for Women in Florida. The Conference will begin by recognizing influential female executives for their commitment and hard work during our “Glass Ceiling Award” breakfast. During the lunch, we will have the opportunity to hear from our Keynote Speaker, top executive Diana Thomas, VP of U.S. Training for McDonalds Corp., about her trip to the top and what it takes for women to succeed. The bulk of the Conference will be comprised of three breakout sessions in which female executives from across Florida will speak on a variety of panel topics that relate to leadership and success along with workshops to help build Florida’s female leaders. Also, there will be the opportunities for exhibitors to display their goods and services.
