Amy Barry is Executive Vice President and Managing Director with Right Management’s Florida/Caribbean Region.

With more than 20 years of progressive senior-level corporate executive experience, Amy Barry is a trusted strategic advisor, collaborative business partner. and thought leader for Right Management’s clients throughout the Florida/Caribbean region. As an innovator and motivator, she has helped organizations advance their culture, develop effective leaders, and improve performance outcomes by aligning talent strategy with business goals. She is a highly effective C-level and Board consulting resource with wide-ranging HR expertise, including workforce innovation, governance, strategic talent planning, leadership development, organizational development, cultural renewal, succession planning, organizational performance management, and workforce management in acquisition and divestiture. Amy is a true transformational leader that inspires clients to advance their organizational effectiveness through talent.

Prior to joining Right Management, Amy spent her career as a Human Resources and Operations Executive in Healthcare working for award winning best places to work Health Systems in the Southeast as SVP/CHRO for Lakeland Regional Health, CHRO & Innovation Officer for Palmetto Health, and VP/CHRO for Martin Health. Amy also served on national boards for both the American Hospital Association (AHA) Solutions, Inc. and American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Association (ASHHRA).

Amy received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and her Bachelor’s Degree from Siena College in Loudonville, NY. In addition to her educational coursework, she has presented at numerous state, regional, and national conferences and workshops and served on many community board and committees throughout her career.
